To install MIM 3.2, if you don't use Vista, then run the file below.

If you use Vista, please see here.
If you have problems installing MIM, try the following: open the file mim3207.zip and extract the files to some suitable local directory, for example C: Files3207. Then run the mim3207.exe file in the usual way.
SampleData.zip contains a set of sample datasets (including those analyzed in the book).
